Role Summary

This is a field sales role responsible for increasing product availability, visibility, and sales in retail shops across Kathmandu Valley. You will visit markets daily, collect orders, and support distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily retail market visits

• Collect orders from retailers & support distributors

• Appoint and maintain sub-dealers/wholesalers

• Increase product visibility, placement, and availability

• Execute promotions, schemes, and store branding

• Build strong retailer & distributor relationships

• Submit simple daily/weekly sales reports

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 1–5 years of FMCG/Herbal/Pharma field sales experience

• Strong retail & distribution network in Kathmandu (preferred)

• Two-wheeler preferred

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Basic reporting (WhatsApp/Excel)
